CHEVY TAHOE x JIMMIE JOHNSON
During the pandemic, we were challenged with multiple factors that required us to pivot, and reevaluate our standard approach to production. With coronavirus concerns looming, Jimmie only wanted to work with a production team he trusted, and pushed Chevrolet to team up with Knox MMG for the creation of this spot. Typically a shoot of this size would require upwards of 12 people on set, but with covid, we were limited to 3, requiring each team member to wear multiple hats and think on the fly. The vision we were tasked with bringing to life was an authentic day-in-the-life of Jimmie. Our close relationship allowed this spot to feel genuine and natural, as we worked to show how the Tahoe integrated into several key components of his routine, from working out and running, to visiting the HMS race team and spending quality time with family.
